WoodFuel East Boiler Installation Grant Scheme
Woodfuel East can provide grants for the installation of woodchip biomass boilers. Funding of up to 40% is available to install modern, automated, woodchip fired combustion systems for farm diversification and farm modernisation projects, small energy supply companies, micro-enterprise projects, tourism projects and community buildings.

Bio-energy Capital Grants Scheme
The Sixth Round of the Bio-energy Capital Grants Scheme, funded by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), is open for applications until at least 31 March 2010.
Round Six, lilke previous rounds, aims to promote the efficient use of biomass for energy, with funds being allocated on a rolling basis. This scheme will support the installation of biomass-fuelled heat and combined heat and power projects in the industrial, commercial and community sectors. "Community" can include local authorities, schools, social housing etc.

Low Carbon Buildings Programme (LCBP)
The Low Carbon Buildings Programme is also funded by DECC and has two grant streams which have been extended until April 2011, when the Renewable Heat Incentive should be introduced.
Phase One provides grants for householders towards the cost of the installation of certified products by a certified installer. Community groups, non-profit organisations and public sector organisations can apply under Phase 2. For details, click here.

Wood-fuelled Heating Boiler Installation Grant - Norfolk
Woodfuel East has administered a one-off grant fund totalling £50,000 on behalf of Norfolk County Council. Grants are being awarded towards the installation of wood fuelled heating boilers using logs, wood pellets or wood chip, for properties in Norfolk. The grant, which is now closed to new applicants, can provide a contribution of 40% of total eligible costs per property, up to a maximum contribution of £5,000.
